Cooke County Library & NCTC Agreement:
On May 27, 2008 the Cooke County Commissioner's Court approved the new statement of cooperation between the Cooke County Library and North Central Texas College.
NCTC's Library Director, Diane Roether and Cooke County Library Director, Jennifer Johnson-Spence signed this agreement on June 2, 2008.
