On December 8, 2008, the Cooke County Commissioners Court voted and approved a general policy manual for the Cooke County Library. This policy manual covers a variety of issues such as unattended children, Internet use, fines and fees, etc. This policy manual is to serve as a guide and provide security for both the patron and Cooke County Library.
