Class Title: Tips for the Holidays
Description: Holidays can be very stressful for someone with Alzheimer’s Disease. Join us in learning common problems caregivers face with loved ones who have Alzheimer’s or a related dementia during the holidays. Learn to set boundaries, evaluate one’s own situation and plan ahead, and identify concrete ways to provide self care during the holidays.
Classes will be run by Christy Scifres, Family Services from the Greater Dallas Area Alzheimer’s Association.
