Ms Kim planned a rainy day class today. Some of us wore our rain boots since it was raining outside. We made an umbrella card to give to somebody special.  

On 2/25/16, Ms. Kim visited the preschool children at Valley View Elementary. She read books about rabbits. Each child was given a book to take home thanks to the John and Sandy Schmitz Family.  

Today Ms Kim brought 3 of her baby chicks to the library! We loved getting to pet their heads. We did the chicken dance and made a chicken puppet. #chicksattheCCL #chicks #day1 #cclchildrensclass #earlyliteracy 

It’s Leap Day! We jumped like frogs and sang about 5 monkeys jumping on their bed. Then we made frogs and lily pads.  

The children at Lighthouse Preschool were visited by Ms. Kim for the “1,2,3…” Program. She read and sang about snow. Then each child was given a book to take home. Thank you to the John and Sandy Schmitz Family for your support of this program.  

We had the perfect wet weather to read about ducks today. Ms Phyllis Griffin was our special guest. Then we made a duck collage.   

This morning the kids at Ms. Donna’s daycare were visited by Ms. Kim for the “1,2,3…” Program. They were told stories about farm animals who were trying to sleep. Then they were each given a farm book of their very own.  

Today Ms. Kim read to the children at Claude Jones Daycare. She read stories about ducks. Then each child was given a book of their own to take home. Thank you to the John and Sandy Schmitz Family for your support of this program.
