This morning we made a presentation to the NCTC Prime Timers class about The Portal to Texas History. With a recent grant we were able to digitalize Gainesville Daily Register newspapers from 1915 to 1923 making them available to you from anywhere! Newspapers from 1936 to 1946 will be available soon.
This project is made possible by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (Grant #LS-246193-OLS) to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission under provisions of the Texas Services and Technology Act. (2021)
