The kids at the Valley View Enrichment program did yoga with Ms. Kim this week. They learned about breathing, stretching, and balance.

In STEMed Up on Monday we learned about the effects of ocean pollution on fish. We used pudding, gummy bears, gummy worms, and sprinkles to demonstrate how easy it is for a sea turtle to accidentally eat trash and micro plastics when they are trying to eat food. #CCLSTEMedUp #EducateEngageEnrich 

On Friday Ms. Kim read to the kids at Valley View United Methodist Church’s “Read with Friends” event. They talked about making sure to love all of your friends, even if you become as famous as Bacon. We all know how famous Bacon is! Then they made a paper pancake breakfast with bacon. #CCLcommunityoutreach #EducateEngageEnrich
