Edison Elementary Lightbulb Lesson September 22, 2017

This morning the library’s Pirate Kim taught a Lightbulb lesson to the GT students at Edison Elementary. The students learned about magnets and assisted Pirate Kim with magnet magic tricks. #CCLstem #pirates #magnets #science

On 9/20/17, the “1,2,3…” program visited Claude Jones Memorial Day Nursery. The children learned about library etiquette and laughed a lot. Thanks to the Cooke County Electric Cooperative Association, Operation Roundup each child was given a book to add to their own library. #cclcommunityoutreach #123thestoryiscomingtome

Ms. Kim kicked off this fall’s “1,2,3 the Story is Coming to Me” this morning at St Marys School. The pre-k classes learned library etiquette and the joy of sharing story time.
