On Monday the kids who attended our STEM class were challenged to build a car that would hold a plastic egg or a peep. We learned it is hard to use carrots for wheels! #CCLstem #STEMedup
“Where the Wild Things Are” came to the library. See this art display created by Edison Elementary 1st graders through April 20.
The Valley View After School Enrichment program built zip lines to carry a plastic egg this week. They learned adding weight made the eggs move faster. #CCLstem #CCLcommunityoutreach
On Thursday the “123 the Story is Coming to Me” program wrapped up the semester by visiting the preschool kids at St. Mary’s School. Ms. Kim read about rabbits. Each child was given a book to take home thanks to Renee Jones at reneejones.com. #CCLcommunityoutreach #123thestoryiscomingtome
