On 9/30/21 the pre-K children at St. Mary’s Catholic School received a visit from the library’s Ms. Kim and the “123 the Story is Coming to Me” program. They listened to stories and sang songs about school buses. They also learned how to care for their library books. The Art in the Stacks class learned about aboriginal art from Australia. Aboriginal artwork was created to tell stories and visions from dreams. Sometimes they contained secret messages. The class also discussed warm and cool colors to create an aboriginal inspired leaf. #CCLartinthestacks #EducateEngageEnrich
