The kids got creative this morning for Scribble Day. We read a book where chalk drawings came to life, and a book about crayons. Then we scribbled and drew pictures.
Last week the “123 the Story is Coming to Me” program visited the children at Cornerstone Childcare Center. The kids learned library etiquette and explored stories about spring.

The library hosted the second bilingual story time this week. Participants sang and read songs in both Spanish and English. This month’s topic was bedtime and sleeping.
Gainesville ISD kindergarten classes painted, then cut out their initials using fancy scissors. Their artwork is on display at the library through April 2. Artwork was created under the instruction of art teacher, Whitney Galubinski Vogl. Artwork was created by students from Ms. Langley, Ms. Hightower, and Ms. Mitchell’s classes.
