Vilott Homeschool : Solar Eclipse Lesson

The elementary students at Vilott Homeschool learned about the upcoming solar eclipse. They also made a paper models to better understand what will happen on Monday April 8th.

Last week’s “123…” program brought Ms. Kim to read to the Kindergarten class at Vilott Homeschool.
 
Thanks to Hector Flores, Modern Woodmen of America each child was given a book to take home.

Children’s Class March 27, 2024 : Scribble Day

The kids got creative this morning for Scribble Day. We read a book where chalk drawings came to life, and a book about crayons. Then we scribbled and drew pictures.

123 Cornerstone Childcare Center March 22, 2024

Last week the “123 the Story is Coming to Me” program visited the children at Cornerstone Childcare Center. The kids learned library etiquette and explored stories about spring.

Each child was given a book to take home thanks to Hector Flores, Modern Woodmen of America.

123 Muenster Pre-k March 21, 2024

The pre-k students at Muenster ISD received a visit from the library’s “123 the Story is Coming to Me” program. The kids learned how to care for library books and read interactive books about spring.

This program allows each child to take home their very own book thanks to Hector Flores, Modern Woodmen of America.

Gainesville Artwork Display March 18 – April 2, 2024

Gainesville ISD kindergarten classes painted, then cut out their initials using fancy scissors. Their artwork is on display at the library through April 2. Artwork was created under the instruction of art teacher, Whitney Galubinski Vogl. Artwork was created by students from Ms. Langley, Ms. Hightower, and Ms. Mitchell’s classes.

Looking for something to do with your child on Tuesdays? We offer TWO children’s classes every Tuesday. The 10:30 am class tends is full of new friends to meet while the 2:30 pm class is perfect for those looking for a smaller group setting.
