Jaycee Park StoryWalk®
What is a StoryWalk®?
A StoryWalk® provides the opportunity to enjoy exercise and literacy in the great outdoors! Pages of a picture book are framed throughout the walking path at Jaycee Park. Instead of turning the page, just walk a few steps to see where the story brings you. This unique experience is fun for adults and kids alike.
This project is funded by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services through a grant to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (Grant #LS-252486-OLS-22).* (2022)
The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. Storywalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
