Tips & Troubleshooting
Ensure the hotspot is charged.
The network name (SSID) and password are located on the back of the hotspot.
If the device is not connecting to the network, press and hold the Power key for 10 seconds to restart the device.
The Mobile Hotspot must be returned to the Cooke County Library. It must be given to a library staff member at the circulation desk in the same condition it was when you received it. The Mobile Hotspot may NOT be returned in the book drop.
If you use one of these Mobile Hotspots please fill out the survey. You can find a QR Code on a tag on the hotspot or use this link: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=pAVw5R9lqEa_pwevOQdyPcHnL4cCpJdDpudKYpcjsY5URFBNVkNKMkZONDlXMEVPUEEySDlVMzRENS4u
