No commentsIf you go down to the library today, you’re in for a big surprise! We had a teddy bear picnic with our favorite animals today. Then we sorted our animals by size and type. For our craft we colored and created a bear paw print.
No commentsWelcome baby chick! Ms. Kim brought two chicks to visit today. We also did an experiment with peeps and painted our own chick with a fork!
No commentsWhat’s your name? We learned about the importance of picking a name, and we sang a song to learn everybody’s name. Then we made a collage picture of our name.
No commentsIt’s a buggy world out there! We read about caterpillars, butterflies, dragonflies, bumblebees, spiders and more! Then we helped one of our friends spin a cocoon and made fireflies out of band-aides.
No commentsAnd the baby chick said … Moooo!? Karen, Taylor, and Tyler read about how animals sleep on the farm. Then they performed a puppet show about the sounds a baby chick makes. We all got to make our own baby chick puppet. Thanks for the fun day!
