Don’t forget to watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade Thursday! We learned about the gigantic balloons that will be in the parade and we made a parade picture using character stickers.
1,2,3… Ms. Terri’s
The children at Ms. Terri’s Preschool were visited today for the “1,2,3…” Program. They read counting books about monkeys and helped Ms. Kim count. Then they were each given a book to add to their home library. Thank you to the John and Sandy Schmitz Family for your support of this program!
Children’s class November 17, 2015: turkeys
We read about turkeys today! We danced with Ms. Kim and then we glued colorful feathers onto our own turkey.

Zoo animals was our topic for the day. We made animal noises and made animal movements. Then we painted a mane on our lion.
123… Head start
Ms. Kim read to the children at Gainesville’s Head Start today. She read about a bear who couldn’t sleep because his pesky neighbor was keeping him awake. Then each child was given a book about a hibernating bear thanks to the John and Sandy Schmitz family.

“Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall…” We read this famous nursery rhyme and pieced Humpty back together again with band-aids.
