Boys and Girls Club: Density
Today we visited the The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cooke County, Inc for our first STEAM class of the summer. During our density lesson we experimented to see the best way to clean up an oil spill in the ocean.

Building Tots June 9, 2016: Shapes

Literary LEGOs June 8, 2016: Mascots
It’s mascot time! During the second class of Literary LEGO’s, the participants built team mascots such as pandas, Angry Birds, and Longhorns. this program is made possible by a Dollar General Literacy Grant, the Friends of the Cooke County Library, and Edward Jones Financial Advisor: Lee Russell.
Children’s Class June 7, 2016: Mother Goose Games
After reading a book about Miss Muffet looking for a new nursery rhyme, we competed in Mother Goose Games outside. We loved jumping over candle sticks and filling up Jack and Jill’s pail! #cclchildrensclass #cclsummer2016 #earlyliteracy #mothergoose
Building Tots June 2, 2016: colors
Our toddler’s Building Tots class kicked off this morning. The topic for this morning’s class was colors. They sorted the blocks by color before building multi-colored towers. This program is sponsored in part by Edward Jones – Financial Advisor: Lee Russell.
