In children’s classes last week the kids went on adventures to explore things in their own backyard. The school-age kids made bird feeders for their backyard birds.

Monday’s Art in the Stacks class painted cactus. They learned how to mix acrylic paints to make new colors. They practiced mixing colors on their plate before painting, then practiced mixing the colors as they painted on the canvas. #CCLartinthestacks #EducateEngageEnrich
