All the boys and gouls enjoyed our Halloween themed children’s classes this week. There are still some festive books on the shelf. Grab some before you trick-or-treat tonight!

123 St. Mary’s October 23, 2024

The “123 the Story is Coming to Me” made it’s final visit for this semester. Mrs. Kim read to the pre-k classes at St. Mary’s Catholic School. The kids learned about the library and hope to visit with their parents soon!

Thanks to the generous donation from a local sponsor, each child was given a book of their own to share with their families.

The “123 the Story is Coming to Me” program visited the children at Valley View ISD this week. The kids learned about the library and read books about dinosaurs.

They were each given a dinosaur book thanks to the generous donation of a local sponsor.

Come in from October 14 – October 26 to see the artwork created by students at Edison Elementary.

Artwork was created under instruction of art teacher, Whitney Galubenski Vogl.

123 Mrs. Terry’s Preschool October 10, 2024

Last week Mrs. Kim read to the children at Mrs. Terry’s Preschool. The “123 the Story is Coming to Me” program reaches preschools and childcare centers throughout the county to teach the kids about the library and begin a love a reading.

Each child receives a book of their own thanks to the generous donation of a local sponsor.

The children at Gainesville Head Start received a special visit from the library today! Ms. Jennifer read to the kids and taught them about the library.
